Letter From The Editor: Brand New Pause Resume Content on July 11th

Hello and welcome to what may become a regular feature.

Since we launched our first content drop in April we’ve seen a surge in both views and feedback here at Pause Resume and we’d like to thank you for that.

As I’ve mentioned on many occasions before, the Pause Resume team create content as a labour of love rather than as a full-time job with benefits, and for that I thank you for your patience when we make a mistake and in coming back to to see what else we’re working on. The Pause Resume team have really held the glue together since the site launched and without them I wouldn’t be here writing this update post, so I’d like to thank those guys and gals too.

But onto the good stuff now.

Because our first content drop in April was so fun, we’ll be back on July 11th with our Q3 content drop. We’re already working on original and varied content with which to pepper you with, so expect new editorials, interviews, additions to our Best Games list, videos and a new episode of The Pause Resume Show.

For those who aren’t aware, Pause Resume features a major content update every quarter, in-between we continue to post reviews and smaller-scaled opinion articles and videos in order to keep our avid readers fed.

Pause Resume Content Update Schedule:

Q2 2016 – April 11th
Q3 2016 – July 11th
Q4 2016 – October 2016
Q1 2017 – January 2017

We still plan to introduce film and TV content under our umbrella shortly, initially to focus on the DC and Marvel films as well as popular TV shows before branching out towards other, more niche products. But for that to happen we all need to give Alex Sodhi a kick up the backside, so please harass him on Twitter.

Once again, thank you for visiting the site and we hope that in the coming months and years to grow a strong Pause Resume community that we can all enjoy. Until then, please enjoy the summer (or rain if you’re in the UK) and keep playing amazing video games.
